Maureen Wood (Aust) card sketch 357

Morning all,

Hubby has been away for a few days,  so have been busy doing some cards . I am  having a full knee reconstruction in April, and i have a heap of Birthdays myself and an order for 10 as well. I finished off my challenge cards and my swaps, still have to do a child's Birthday card today, then starting on all the orders, then my own?

This is the challenge card  for Atlantic Hearts Sketch no: 356.

Ribbion  pink, 
Unknown brand bracket dye
Uniquely Creative Stiched Rectangle dye
6" x 4" white card base



CUTTING:

Dye cut rectangle card base from " Magical " 
Dye cut Bracket from "Wishes" Reverse
Fussy  cut Fairy and Butterfly  from "Fairy"
Cut Ribbion to 14"  the use small amount to tie a bow

Hi guys,



I completed this one over the weekend, its was for the Single page sketch challenge for "Stick it Down". I thought i used my Brother Scan and cut. I really Don't use it enough.


MY TAKE ON THE SKETCH:






THE SKETCH :

February Single Page Sketch


PRODUCTS USED:

Kaisercraft Scraps of White  and Rose card stock and scrap of Black card stock
Kaisercraft Oval Dye
Uniquely Creative " Sew  Lovely Hearts" Dye set
Kaisercraft Alpha's
Kaisercraft  " P.S.I Love You" Sticker Sheet
Kaisercraft " Tiny Woods" Collection:-  Cypress Reverse.
Brother Scan Cut  Inbuild Alpha's
2 x 3" x 3" photo's

CUTTING:

Dye cut the " Sew Lovely Hearts" twice from White cardstock
Using the  Brother Scan and Cut  , cut the words from "Cypress" Reverse
Starting from 5.50" from htge top and 2" from the left hand side  cut the words "Love You" leaving a 1.50" betwwn the two words.
Dye cut two ovals from the photo's so that they can be placed into cut out "O "
I cut the dog and cat from images i had previously saved from Black card stock

ASSEMBLY:


Place the dye cut photos under the cut out "O"
Add "Cypress " reverse to the "Rose" card stock
Add the dye cut hearts as per photo
Add the stickers from "P.S. I love You"  sheet as per Photo
Add the remainder of the embellishment  as per photo

Afternoon everyone


A very hot , cloudy and muggy day. Looks very much like rain had some overnight. Hope it rains then so I can get the washing dry.

Todays challenge is Case 360 for Case this sketch 





Love the sketch and thought i really need to start on my Christmas cards so i have used this one as my first Christmas Card

Card Sketch 356 (Maureen W) Aust

Hi guys,


I made this card for the Atlantic Hearts card sketch challenge  during the week.  I have been so busy with doctors appointments I forgot to write my post


The challenge closes today. I have used Kaisercraft  "Crafternoon". 6.5" paper pad. Love the colours. Perfect for anything crafty.  I also add pearls, a and my set of rectangle stitched die

Another warm day here in South East Queensland, slight breeze coming  through now  with everything on my desk blowing. Not complaining at all thou

This afternoon I decided to do the Studio Challenges blog it is a sketch they have two challenges a month.

Kaisercraft " Pitter Patter " 12" x 12" Paper Pad :- Peek a Boo, Boys Sticker Sheet, and Collectables
Kaisercraft " Peek a Boo" Collection:- Kid Reverse, Bambino  and collectables
Oddments from collections to cut 2 x 1" circles.
Kaisercraft Blue Glitter sheet
Corrugated Blue card sheet from stash
Kaisercraft   " Grand Bazaar Sticker Sheet
Uniquely Creative 1" dye
2 x 5" x  4"


CUTTING:

Cut sticker sheet to 2.5" x 8"
Cut" Peek a Boo"  Reverse 5.5" x 7"
Cut  "Kids" Reverse 8.5" x 6"
Dye cut 4 circles one each from the two oddments , one from glitter card stock and one from corrugated card stock.


ASSEMBLY :


Add Pitter Patter Sticker Sheet  "Bambino " 2" from the top and 8.5" from left hand side
Add"Peek a Boo" Reverse 2".5 from the top and 5" from the left hand side
Add  " Kids " Reverse  1.5" from the left hand side and 2.75"  from the top
Add the 2  photos  side by side, (see photo)
Add emblishments as per photo
Add title using letters from "Grand Bazzar" Sticker Sheet.

Morning

I have quickly made this card,  this morning after have a chat and coffee with a friend. I have  made this card for a challenge over at CAS(E) this Sketch.  Running late as usual the enteries close today

The challenge number  is No 359.


Love the sketch it is very versatile.

I have used Kaisercraft 6.5" paper pad "With Love"  some gold mirror board as i have used it all from the paper pack and some gold glitter card stock and also the sticker book.

Dye cut using the 10.5 cm x 15 cm rectangular dye the glitter paper

Dye cut using the 9.5 cm x 14 cm rectangular dye the pink and gold sheet
Dye cut using the  6 cm x  10.5 cm  rectangular dye the gold mirror  board
Dye cut uding the 5 m x 9.5 cm rectangular  dye thr ble and pink floral paper
Cut 2 x 6 cm x 0.50 cm strips from the gold mirror board
Punched a 6 cm strip from gold mirror board using Sullivan Boarder punch
