Too Much Fun

Good Morning

I have been off line for a few days with so much renovating going on at home, the plumber was suppose to come back this morning , but alas no show. Buts that's good, peace and quiet to type up a few blog posts for layouts i have created to commence the October Challenge scene.

Its also very bleak and looks like rain outside so a good chance to sneak away and get things done

My first post is for  Imaginarium Designs, their challenge is to used 'BLUE"

To Enter - all you have to do is make a project with some of our chipboard on it and our colour of the month

I knew what papers i wanted to use, as have been looking into clearing out my packets of paper with only little bits in them. So decided on U-Bud Dreams , but need a little extra to complete the layout so used some Indigo Skies bits and pieces, a relative simple layout to put together.

I wanted to use one of  Imaginarium chipboard butterflies which i purchased, but could find it, put it away carefully, TOO carefully. I have used pieces i received in the mail last  week from my August entry

CUTTING:

Cut "Sekar" 12" x 8"

Cut "Telaga" 12" x 4"

Cut "Midnight" 3" x  6" cut fish tail at the bottom end

Dye cut bracket  square 5" x 5" from "Storm"

Fussy cut flowers from "Sekar"

Dye Cut Feather from glitter card stock

PAINTING:

Using Imagination Starlight :- Aqua  , painted the Skeletal Feather
Using  Nuvo Embellishment Mouse:- Pacific Teal Painted the Leaf corner

ASSEMBLY:

Add the Cut "Sekar" 12" x 8" to  left hand piece of card stock
Added the "Telaga" 12" x 4" to the right hand side of card stock
Using the strips of Hearts from "Indigo Skies" Sticker sheet placed over the join 
Added the row of diamonds from  "Indigo Skies" Sticker sheet placed to the left of the row of hearts
Added the dye cut bracket cut from "Storm" 3.5" from Left Hand Side and 2.5" from the top
Added the fish tail cut from "Midnight" 1.5" from the top and 4.5" from Right Hand Side
Added photo 4.5" from the left hand side and  3" from the top

Added pearls to each of the flowers and a butterfly from the collectable to top left hand corner of the photo
