Another cold week when you arise but lovely during the day, its warmer outside this morning then inside, real need to turn on the heat but we are going out shortly.
Starting on July 26, athletes from around the world assembled to compete in the Summer Olympics, so let's have our own scrappy Olympics by playing along with some Olympic-inspired challenges!
