Design Team Lasting Memories. LM#749

 Morning all

Have recommence my design Teamwork again after a long absence.

I now have a room for all my craft belongings although not all boxes unpacked but I will get there in time.

This month at Lasting Memories we are playing Tic -Tack-Toe. So many choices up, down, across, and bottom to top.

I have chosen the middle row top to bottom. Two photos, Doily and Fussy cutting.

I chose some material doilies I had in my stash to go underneath the focal point. I cut each one in half, so I had enough. Fussy cut the Hot Air Balloon and the spray of flowers. Used a 6" x 4" photo and a 2" x 3" photo

Its a Sunday morning here a cloudy cool start to the day , plus I slept in, not a good night though , my back and nerve pain down my legs played up last night, and I was up and down all night

Early this week in between  appointments over a couple of days I completed a layout to enter into the Rochelle Spears and her Scrappy Friends blog Scrap with Stacy who does a Tic Tack Toe choice to add to Rochelle's Sketch

For Stacy challenge I have used:  I have used two Photos, Hearts , and Wood from the Board (bottom left  through the middle to top right)

I hope you like my interpretation of the sketch, it was a lovely way to use up some scraps from a few different collections

CUTTING:

Cut 2 x 1" x 9" of "Friends"

Cut  1.75" x 9"  "Possibilities" Reverse

Cut  1.50" x 10.25" "Enjoy Every Day"

Cut 11"x 1" of  "Chances"

Cut  2.25" x 9"  "Motivated" Reverse 

ASSEMBLY:

Use "Dew Drop "as Base

Add "Friends" 0.50" from bottom and 1.50" from left hand side

Add 2nd piece of "Friends" 0.50" from the top and 1.50" from left hand side

Add "Possibilities" Reverse 1.50" from left hand side and 2.25" from the bottom

Add  "Enjoy Every Day"0.75" from the left and 4.25" from the bottom

Add "Chances" 0.50" from the left and 6" from the bottom

Add  "Motivated" Reverse  1.50" from the left and  7" from the bottom

Add Photos 1st photo 2" from "Friends"  left hand side and 3" from the top

Second photo 6.25" from the left and 3" from the top

Add title between top strip of  "Friends"  and "Motivated" Reverse

Add Hearts and cluster to left of bottom photo add journaling underneath photos

Add ribbon to title

A Day to Remember

Morning,

Last one for today, this is for Mystical Scrapbooks , it is the second challenge of the month,  it is s tic tak toe challenge,
I have used the third row down : Single colour paper, lace  strips of paper.
Not sure if i got my colours right though, i did water colour a few bits here and there.
Used  mainly scraps from my scrap box to make this only  used the base as a full sheet. My splatters of water colour makes it look like rain,  not intentionally

PRODUCTS USED:

Kaisercraft "Little Man" Collection:- Curious
Kaisercraft" Beach Shack" Collection:- Wave Break
Kaisercraft Aeroplane small dye and ticket dye
Uniqolour Water Brush in  Blue
28" lace from Stash 0.25" wide
Scrap of blue for photo mat and planes and top of page



CUTTING:

Cut 12 strips 0.75" wide  x 7.50 " long weave together to form a 6.75" mat
Cut a photo mat 4" x 5.75" from scrap of blue
Dye cut three planes from oddments
Dye cut the large and small ticket from oddments
Cut the cloud strip which was on the reverse side of "Curious"


ASSEMBLY:

Add photo to mat
Add an oddment of card stock to top of page to cover the strip of clouds approximately  2" add the strip of clouds so the page is 12' 12 "
Add the woven mat to page at an angle 1.5" from the top
Next angle is 7" down and 1" from left hand side, Donot put tape on the edges do lace can be tucked under
Add lace to the four sides
Add photo to mat 4" from the top and 3.75" from the left hand side
Use the blue water colour  colour clouds  and add ink to page
Add emblishments as per photo
