 Afternoon all

Another week has passed us by, not sure where it disappeared too. We have a few very warm days its now back to windy and cool. Out of the wind its lovely, but its finding that right place.

Back at physio to stop that falling, After a 2-hour session I came home and slept. 

This week at Lasting Memories we back with this week's mood board perfect for all those summer scenes, Beach, pool but I expect you could add some snow scenes as well.

Morning  all

Its a beautiful  clear  blue skies today, much cooler than yesterday.  Although they have said showers today. 

I cut this layout out yesterday using scraps from a few different collection.  There is a bit of Kaisercraft and Uniquely Creative but not sure which collections they are so have not written any instructions . Found the frame last week when I was cleaning out my dye cuts.

The layout is for a challenge at Rochelle Spears , this is a sketch. I can also enter it in her Scrappy Friends bonus challenge  at Scrap with Stacy if I use her Tic Tack Toe Board,  which I have done. I have used the top Row: Frame, Enamel Dots and Tag

Our Model Miya

 Morning all

It was quite foggy this morning.  We had storms again last night. We only got the tail end passed south of us, so did not get the hail like other area did 

Turned out a beautiful day , presently sitting at 24 degrees  Celsius.  Nice and pleasant. 

Today I am  sharing the beginning of the months layout on Doctor Seuss's Books 

So all this month we will be completing a layout  using a title about a book by Doctor Seuss.

Today its about 500 Hats. The theme for us is to use "REPETITION" in our layout

I have repeated the same pattern papers in the photo mats and the bottom and bottom clusters the pinwheels, gems and flags as well as the words repeatedly the side of the photo.

I have some exciting news to share. I have taken up a position on the " Cookin 'Up Creations" Design Team

I have two layouts to share later in the month .

CUTTING:

Cut 2  x 3" x  0.75" from  "Invite" Reverse

Cut 2 x 2" from " Burst " Reverse 

cut 2 x 1" from "Pinwheel"

Cut 6.25" x 4.25"  from Invite  Reverse, Burst Reverse and Pinwheel

 

ASSEMBLY:

Add "Burst " Reverse to "Invite " Reverse 0.5" from the edge and overlapping by 0.25"

Add "Pinwheel"  to "Burst" Reverse .50" from the edge and overlapping by 0.25 :

Complete 2nd piece the same

Add first one to page .50" from the top and 0.75" from left hand side 

Add second one to bottom right hand side 0.75 " from the right hand side and 0.50" from the bottom

Make-up photo mats from "Invite Reverse, Burst Reverse and Pinwheel" dealing a  .0.25" gap between photo and each mat at top and right hand side 

Add photo leaving a 0.25" gap top and right hand side 

Add to page atan angle 3.50" from left hand side and 3" from the top

Add pennants and Pinwheels from Sticker Sheet as per Photo 

Add Title on the left hand side 1" and 5.50 " from the top 

Add gems to centre of Pin Wheel
