Its the weekend already how time flies, It's a very cloudy day, and the weather is much more bearable then earlier in the week. Thanks heavens
I decide to make some cards this afternoon using the challenge sketch at"'Stick it Down" . A very versatile sketch. I wanted to use some of my single sheets. or bits i had left over . Good way to use up scraps as you only need a double side piece of coordinating paper and a few extra bits from your stash
MY TWO CARDS:
The first one i used Kaisercraft "Sweet Nothings" the second one I used Kaisercraft "Oh so Lovely"
"Girly and Women" some Cream 2" cotton lace from my stash and butterflies and pearls from stash
Cutting was simple Measurements for both cards are the same except for the circle
Cut 5.25" square
Cut 4.25" square
Cut 3.75" x 3.75" square
This equates to the three basic layers for the cards
The first one i fussy cut a rose from the bottom of Sweet Nothing" "All Yours"
the second one punch a wavy 2 "circle and add a circle sentiment on top
Added the lace between the 1st and 2 layers
All layers where added using foam tape
Both cards are so very pretty. Thanks for playing along with us at Stick it Down.
