My first post for August. Hopefully i will be able to do a few this month, things are improving all be it slowly.
Today's post is for the Design Team August project for the Happy Craft Challenge Blog. I have chosen Team 1 which are layouts.
There is a sketch this month and I have used the Vintage Theme Layout kit available from the Happy Craft Challenge Blog, with Digi Images:Happy Mouse from:

Filgiree flowers (metal)
Photo 3.5" x 2.25"
CUTTING:
Photo mat from "Guinea" cut the top section second from left 4" x 6"
Fussy cut 3 flowers from "Penny"
"Farthing" Reverse cut 5 " x 12" then torn to 4" at the left and then down to 3" on the right hand side. Torn both top and bottom , see photo for further details
Cut "Tuppence" 4.5" x 6.5" second photo mat
Cut a Tag from "Sixpence" Reverse
Coloured Mouse using , Alcohol Ink markers
ASSEMBLY:
Used "Shilling" Reverse as base
Assembly photo mat using "Tuppence as first mat, add "Guinea" to Tuppence
Add photo placing it under the word "Memories"
Add the Lace to the torn "Farthing" Reverse" for 7" on the top right hand side (see photo for further detail)
Add "Farthing" Reverse" to base of "Shilling" 4" from the top and 4"from the bottom
Add Photo mat 2" from the top and 2" from left hand side
Layer fussy cut flowers to the bottom right hand side of photo mat tucking in Digital Image.(mouse) among the flowers
Add the Filigree flowers to middle of fussy cut flowers
Have added gem from my stash to flowers
Add 1.5" lace 1" from the bottom at an angle (see photo for detail)
Add a piece of salvage from "Farthing" Reverse"
