 Hi guys

Its Sunday morning and a perfect day, I gave just put the jug on, time for coffee. 

And to write up the second layout for the Cookin' Up Creations Birthday Celebrations.

This challenges is to use strip's of paper   like streamers for a  party . 

I have used a photo of our son in the garden getting the backyard ready for a special event.

I love using strip's from the last of a collection  always save the salvage strip's as well

I have used a very old Kaisercraft Collection as well from  2014 , still have a few scraps left even after this, my base sheet is not a full sheet either but using this technique its easy to use up those little bits

MY LAYOUT:

PRODUCTS USED:

Kaisercraft  "Honey Chai" Collection:- Star anise reverse, Tarragon, Reverse, Nutmeg Reverse,  Caraway Reverse,  Saffron, Ginger, Turmeric, Sticker Sheet and Collection 

Photo 3.25" x 5 "

CUTTING:

Cut photo mat from "Turmeric" using the pink bottom one

Cut  4 Strips from Star Anise Reverse, Caraway Reverse, Tarragon Reverse Saffron 2.50" x 12"

ASSEMBLY:

Use "Nutmeg" Reverse as base and to left hand side " Saffron" add "Tarragon "Reverse slipping it underneath previous sheet 

Add  "Star Anise" slipping it under previous sheet

Add "Caraway" Reverse slipping it under previous sheet

Add the boarder from the sticker sheet

Add photo to mat

Add mat to page 2.75 from top and 4" from left hand side

Add your strip's of salvage across the top and bottom right side, glue down then cut to match base page

Embellish as per photo
