Good Morning,
Another warm day to come, as today will be busy, thought I get to this early.
This layout I put together yesterday. It was so quick to do, the requirements where , Fun, Flowers and 5 embellishments. So you say 5 embellishments, you usually use more than that,That was why it was so quick. I chose a very old paper Collection, which had a two Specialty sheet one still intact, (I had not cut the design out)
You may be asking who is the challenge for, well it's for " Scrapbookit" blog Challenge
My five embellishments are:- String of Pearls, 2 Butterflies , arrow and the fussy cut row of flowers at the bottom of the page
MY INTERPRETATION:
PRODUCTS:
Kaisercraft "Curiosity " Collection :- Quirky x 2, Intrigue.
Kaisercraft "Oh so Lovely" Collection:- Lady Like
Clear Gems from my stash
Wooden arrow from my stash
Imagination Star light paint:- Silver
3.75" x 3.75 " photo
2 x Butterflies from my stash
CUTTING:
Fussy cut bottom flower , from the bird to last rose
Cut "Unusual " photo mat 4" x 4"
Cut " Intrigue " 4.50 x 4.50"
Using Kraft knife cut slit in second piece if "Quirky" from the bird's beak to the last rose as photo mats will slip into this
ASSEMBLY:
Added "Quirky" to "Lady Like" centre in middle of page (do not adhere bottom flower piece down just yet)
Add "Unusual " to "Intrigue " leaving a 0.25" gap
Add photo to "Unusual" hard against right hand side
Slip photo mat through the centre of cut flowers.
Stick to bottom sheet "Lady Like"
Add fussy cut piece from " Intrigue" to bottom of "Intrigue" see photo for placement
Add the two butterflies
Add the clear gems following the line at the top of " Intrigue"
Add paint to the arrow with silver paint and place over where the key is,
(between the pearls)
Thanks for joining us @Scrapbookit, love your quick fun layout.
