Card Sketch (Maureen W) AUST

Afternoon all,

On this lovely Tuesday, the sun is shining after a cool crisp start, the mornings are cooling down to single figures, but it does mean beautiful days

I had been out most of the morning, so came back and thought for today would just do the card sketch challenge for "STICK IT DOWN"

Lots of shapes in the sketch, found some papers from an old magazine and decide i use them

MY INTERPRETATION:

THE SKETCH:

May Card Sketch

I have used "Roses in Harmony" from Hot off the Press 2013. It was a free paper in "Scrapbook Ideas" magazine, there where 6 different designs which i had a fair few scraps left of.

 DYE CUTTING:

Kaisercraft Doily love heart dye
Kaisercraft  square Dye
Uniquely Creative Heart Dye,and Star Dye and rectangle Dye

PAPER CUTTING:

I have used a 6 " x 4" burgundy base
Cut a 6" x 4" rectangle
Cut a  2"" x 4" rectangle then cut this in half
Cut a  4" x 4" square
Cut a 4" Star
Cut a 2" heart
Cut a 4" Doily
Cut a Butterfly from the paper
